Make the most of your C.W. Worth House Stay

During your stay at the C.W. Worth House, you will enjoy discovering all of the Wilmington area attractions and activities the town has to offer. The city also hosts a wide variety of annual special events and festivals, making C.W. Worth House a year-round vacation destination. We look forward to your visit, but upon reserving, please keep in mind the following policies, and be sure to contact us if you have specific questions or require additional information.

Reservations: C.W. Worth House books up ahead of time during the summer and on holidays, so we strongly suggest making reservations well in advance to make sure we can accommodate your requests. Reservations must be secured with a credit card, and a two night minimum is required for weekends or special occasions. Seasonal, Holiday and Special Event premium rates may apply.

Room Occupancy: Room rates are based on single or double occupancy. Our rooms are intended for relaxation and overnight accommodations for registered guests. Rooms being used for additional purposes must be discussed with the inn and approved PRIOR to arrival.

Check-In And Check-Out: Check-in is preferred between 3pm and 7pm. Please let us know if you will be arriving outside that time so that we may make necessary arrangements. Early or late arrivals can easily be accommodated with prior notification. Check-out is 11:00am.

Cancellation Policy: We understand that unforeseen circumstances arise. If your travel plans change and you must cancel your reservation, please call us to cancel your reservation at your earliest convenience so we might be able to re-book the reservation for another guest. Our cancellation policy is as follows: We require at least 7 day notice for cancellation or shortening of your stay. No shows, early check outs, and late cancellations may be responsible for the entire length of their reservation.

● NOTE: If blocking off 3 or more rooms, the cancellation period is 45 days before your event.

Hurricane Policy: If New Hanover County issues a Mandatory Evacuation Order a refund will be given. If an evacuation order is not issued for New Hanover County, a credit for another stay will be given should our guest decide not to stay/arrive.

Smoking, Flame, Candles, Incense Essential Oils: C.W. Worth House is a smoke-free facility with a strict no-flame (e.g. candles) policy. It is against the law in NC to smoke in hotel rooms and business facilities. Smoking is permitted outside of the inn only. A cleaning fee of a minimum of $250 per day will be charged for any violations of our non-smoking policy.

Damages: We reserve the right to charge for negligent damages caused by guests at the C.W. Worth House.

Pets: Dogs and pets are not allowed. Service animals who have not been agreed upon are not permitted in the C.W. Worth House.

Wheelchair Accessibility: As we are an historic building, C.W. Worth House is not 100% ADA compliant and we do not have an elevator. Access to the upper floors is by stairs. Please call with questions.
