Make the most of your C.W. Worth House Stay
During your stay at the C.W. Worth House, you will enjoy discovering all of the Wilmington area attractions and activities the town has to offer. The city also hosts a wide variety of annual special events and festivals, making C.W. Worth House a year-round vacation destination. We look forward to your visit, but upon reserving, please keep in mind the following policies, and be sure to contact us if you have specific questions or require additional information.
Age Requirements: Guests must be 16 years of age or older.
Reservations: All reservations must be secured with a credit card. A two-night minimum is required for weekends and special occasions. Seasonal, holiday, and special event rates may apply.
Room Occupancy: Rates are based on single or double occupancy.
Outside Guests: Rooms are intended for the use of registered guests only. If you plan to host outside visitors or use the room for purposes other than overnight lodging, please contact the inn for PRIOR approval.
Outside Food: For sanitary reasons and in accordance with health board regulations, we ask that outside food not be brought or delivered to the inn. We’re happy to recommend some great local restaurants.
Check-In And Check-Out: Check-in is between 3:00 PM and 7:00 PM. Please notify us in advance if you’ll be arriving outside of these hours so we can make appropriate arrangements. Check-out is at 11:00 AM. Early arrivals cannot be accommodated before 3:00 PM.
Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be made at least 7 days prior to arrival to avoid charges. No-shows and early departures will be charged for the full stay unless other arrangements have been made.
● NOTE: For bookings of 3 or more rooms, a 45-day cancellation notice is required.
Hurricane Policy: If New Hanover County issues a mandatory evacuation order, a full refund will be given. If no evacuation order is issued, guests who choose not to stay will receive a credit for a future visit.
Smoking, Flame, Candles, Incense Essential Oils: C.W. Worth House is a smoke-free property and follows a strict no-flame policy (e.g., candles, incense). Smoking is prohibited indoors by North Carolina law and is only allowed in designated outdoor areas. A minimum cleaning fee of $250 per day will be charged for violations of this policy.
Damages: Guests are responsible for any negligent damage caused during their stay. Charges will apply for stained or damaged bedding, towels, or other property that cannot be restored through normal cleaning.
Pets: We do not allow dogs or other pets. Unauthorized service animals are also not permitted.
Accessibility: As a historic property, C.W. Worth House is not fully ADA-compliant and does not have an elevator. All guest rooms are accessible by stairs only. Please call with questions or concerns regarding accessibility.
