Then their editors narrowed it down to the final ones. From there, readers got to have their say and vote on the ultimate winners. The C. W. Worth House Bed and Breakfast in Wilmington, NC was voted as the #1 Bed and Breakfast in the country. This nationally recognized award comes on the heals of the C.W. Worth House winning Best Bed and Breakfast in the Wilmington/Cape Fear region in the 2023 WWAYTV (Wilmington’s CBS affiliate) Viewers’ Choice Awards.
We are truly honored to be included amongst all of the beautiful properties in the contest and to be ranked first is beyond our dreams. We are very proud of what we have accomplished, and grateful for the community and our guests for supporting us. In February of 2022 we purchased the C.W. Worth House, the longest running bed and breakfast in Wilmington, and completely remodeled the house with updated accommodations and modern conveniences.

Welcome home to the C.W. Worth House Bed and Breakfast, a circa 1893 Victorian home with 7 guest rooms, each with a private bath. The home features modern accommodations that blend beautifully with its historic charm and architecture. Each guest room features a memory foam mattress, chairs, bathrobes, fine linens and towels, a “smart” TV, mini-fridge, and more. You will awake each morning to freshly brewed coffee and a full breakfast served in the dining room. In the evenings, relax in our pub-style gathering room enjoying a glass of wine while listening to jazz softly playing in the background.
